Admins draw custom polygonal zones on a map for each office or site. When an employee attempts to check in, the app verifies their GPS location against the assigned zone in real time. If they are outside the zone and the policy is set to strict, the check-in is blocked. Lenient policies allow check-in with a flag for supervisor review.

Yes. Each employee can be assigned to multiple work locations. The system checks the employee's GPS against all their assigned zones and allows check-in if they are within any valid zone.

Yes. Marcom Attend supports fixed schedules (with defined start and end times) and flexible schedules (where attendance is tracked without a fixed time window). Policies can be configured independently per department or per individual employee.

Yes. The system includes full Hijri calendar support for public holidays and date display, making it fully suitable for the Saudi market.

Most organizations are fully set up within a single business day. Once you subscribe, you can invite your admin, configure departments and locations, set attendance policies, and import employees via CSV — all before the end of the day.

Yes. You can upload a CSV file to import all your employees at once, including their department, role, and schedule type. The system validates each row and reports any errors before importing.

Yes, employees use the Marcom Attend mobile app (available on iOS and Android) to check in and out. Admins and HR managers can also access the full dashboard through the web browser.

The employee mobile app supports iOS 13 and above, and Android 8 and above. The admin web dashboard works on any modern browser including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

Pricing is straightforward: 10 SAR per user per month. If you have 20 employees, you pay 200 SAR per month. There are no setup fees, no hidden charges, and no long-term contracts required.

The minimum subscription is 50 SAR per month, which covers up to 5 users. Even if you have fewer than 5 employees, the minimum charge applies.
